More fun than a bee in you bonnet!

A great day was had by all. Lots of food, laughs and love. Bragging rights for 2008 belong to the old guy. One tough egg! Hope you all had as much fun as we did.

Easter Feast

Happy Easter to all! Christ has Risen! We wish you all peace, joy and maybe JC can stop playing with Al Gore and bring us a little spring. We have had a great birthday week here. Lisa put together a nice celebration with gifts and her first, and highly successful, attempt at a carrot cake. This morning I put together the center piece of our Easter Celebration Feast down in Andover. A Polish Crown Roast. Everyone else just does a crown, we wrap it in a wreath of Fresh Kilbasa. If you don't like it.................Kiss my Duppa!!!!
We'll pass on more photo's from the Feast, but we thought we would wet your appetite with a shot of the PCR!

NSC "Think Spring"

The Nottingham Super Club gathered on March 15h 2008 hoping to bring some warm Mojo to this winter that will never end. I put together a solid nod to spring with my trusty Sous Chef/Photographer Lisa, Fred paired some amazing wines, Kim dressed a sweet table, Christine printed some beautiful menu's, Matthew rocked the turntables and MaryLou made us all laugh. Thanks to Heidi and Kelly for joining us for a great night of food, wine and conversation.
Sweet and Sour Roasted Beet Bisque
Thyme, creme fraiche and crostini.
Spring greens with cherry vinaigrette
Pecan crusted VBC Bijou cheese and Chicken Confit.
Dill roasted organic salmon
Spring pea cous cous, lemon buerre blanc and pea tendrils.
Pistacio crusted spring lamb
Green olive jam, butter beans with pepper relish and asparagus.
Triple Chocolate Mousse Torte
Crystallized pansy and four berry compote.
