Based on the amazing number of people and what we were saw for purchases and entertainment spending the "Economic Slowdown" would be difficult to confirm. It is amazing what we take for granted in this great country. We spent the day with Stephen, Seth and Robbie at the amusement park, aquarium and Legoland at the Mall of America. Lisa and Walter took turns on the rides with the boys, everyone built a Lego Car to race and we got to see feeding time in the octopus tank. Another fun day in Fly-Over country!

For My Wingman
As if stuck in a surreal, real life Fargo I heard the words, "Oh Yah, on such a beautiful day, if yo're within two hours of the biggest ball of twine, yah gotta gooo!" So we did! Darwin MN, a whole town that exists to hold the world's largest ball of twine and It Was Magnificent! Not much else to say other than I hope you notice Lisa did not appear in any of the pictures, something about "no evidence, that she's as weird as I am."

Sunrise-Reunion-Kalamazoo
The second day of a Brylczyk Family Road Trip is always great. We've settled into the routine and we're cruising. Niagara was rough on Saturday night. Big party town and the falls were really crowded. Lisa and I were up at 5am so we grabbed the camera, the dogs and headed down to catch sunrise over the falls. We had the view to ourselves and it was a great way to start the day. We arrived just outside of Detroit for a late lunch with Lisa's Aunt Carol and her son Bob's Family. We had not seen Carol since our wedding and were blessed to be able to share a great meal and lots of laughs. Our next leg brought us to Kalamazoo by 6pm and we got lucky with a great hotel. There is a Church with a huge field and orchard beside us and the dogs got to go for run and eat a few of the sweetest apples. Nine hours to the Parlows and the World Best Beef Stroganoff!!!!!!!

Slowly I Turned.......
Inch by Inch! Well, not quite Curly, Larry and Moe but close enough! First day is always the toughest. Packing the truck and the dogs freaking out, but we made it. We arrived at Niagra Falls just in time to get the sweet sunset colors. The town is a zoo so after taking in the Falls we retreated to the Best Western and are off to Kalamazoo MI tomorrow. Hope everyone is well! We'll Blog as long as we're connected to the Grid!

Back in the Saddle
Thank you to all my friends for extending your patience while I survived Road Show Season. We are through with the last shows, contracts have been written and it is time to get ready for our Fall vacation. Lisa is away at a conference this week and I will be packing and finishing up some details at work and next weekend we will head out on our two week Road Trip to Minnesota.
Thank you for all the compliments we have received regarding our photography. We have spent many hours researching an upgrade into the world of Digital SLR. Here are our first pics with our new setup. I can't wait to get out on the road and get crazy with the camera! Enjoy these pics of the Carriuolo Breakfast.
