As we await the first snow of the season the birds have been feasting. Here are some great shots of a Woodpecker.

Giving Thanks

In these stressfull times it can be a challenge to cut through the emotion and find those things that ground you. I am very thankfull to have found a great wife who forgives me for all of my imperfections and the unconditional love of my two favorite furballs. It's amazing to see the joy that a simple walk or treat can make in their day. Lisa, Ernie and Zoe teach me every day that the simple things are what counts and that happiness is just a biscuit away.

Surfs Up

I love taking pictures. Freezing that moment in time and hopefully capturing something special. I have started taking one of our dozen or so cameras with us at all times. We were heading up to Petey's in Rye Harbor for Triple Lobsters for $20 and the surfers were ripping it up in Hampton. Fifty degree air, fifty degree water and 7mm of neoprene, yet they are graceful, fast and always smiling. Enjoy!

Perfect Fall Weekend

It has been a very nice weekend! Between our trip, weddings and church events we have been on the run for what seems like forever. Yesterday we went for two walks, got some yard work done and settled in for the Bond marathon on USA. We woke up with great expectations of doing it all again and topping it off with a Pats game. This morning started off with a perfect Brunch. Homemade sausage patties and apple sauce with potato pancakes and farm fresh eggs. Time to start a fire and enjoy the day!
