Babcia Bash!

As my buddy Andy Pig would call it, " A Patented New England Day ". Seventy Five degrees with a light breeze and no humidity. Just what we ordered for "Babcia Bash 2007". The Fremont clan has inherited the duty of the 4th of July party and this year it was dedicated to the first Bash with Babcia Brylczyk since she has moved up from New Jersey. Lisa worked hard all week getting the house in tip top shape and I got the pool set and the food ready. Jimmy Buffett laid down the sound track and the party was on.........................

Grilled Vegetable Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette
Tending the Grill - Diver Scallops, Niman Ranch Pork Teriyaki,
Jumbo Shrimp and Lamb Lollipop Chops

Dad, Steve and Callie catching a little shade.

Nate floating in the pool.

Babcia relaxing and reading by the pool.

Mom can't wait to get into one of her Red Velvet Cupcakes.

Nate says, "Babcia, frosting on the chin if you're going to do it right!!!"

The whole clan!
Happy 4th of July &
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Alsace, New Hampshire

On Saturday night June 16th, the Nottingham Supper Club had the pleasure of Master Chef Raymond Ost of Sandrine's Bisto in Cambridge MA, and his wife Cathy joining in the festivities. It has been many years since I had the pleasure of cooking with Chef and when I asked if he would be interested in coming up and bringing a little Alsace to Nottingham he jumped at the chance. His infectious laugh and remarkable culinary talent made it a night to remember. I think that Fred summed it up best when he commented, "there is no finer meal being served in the state of NH!"

Nottingham......Who Knew!?!?!

Nate's 3rd Birthday

Not much to say about a Three Year old's birthday other than it was a great time having the whole family together and then let the pictures do the talking.

Gramps Carriuolo started out the fun by showing up with a Blue Tongue.........He wouldn't confirm which "little blue pill" created the effect.
Nate enjoyed using Dziadziu Brylczyk as an obstacle course in the Moonwalk.

Babcia , Lisa and Callie posing!

Have you seen my Baseball?!?!?!?!
